Refund policy
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a shipping claim, if applicable.
Digital Products & Classes:
All digital products, downloadable content, and online classes are non-refundable once access has been delivered. If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
Custom items, personalized items, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
Subscription Boxes:
Subscription boxes are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time through your account before the next billing date.
Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
